William (“Bill”) Reminder

William (“Bill”) Reminder joined CCMP Growth as an Executive Advisor in 2023, following his successful leadership of Truck Hero/Real Truck, a CCMP Capital portfolio company. Truck Hero/Real Truck is a market leading manufacturer and online retailer of a wide range of innovative and functional aftermarket accessories that enhance customers’ use of their pickup trucks and Jeeps. After founding the company in 2007, he served over two decades as President and CEO. Under his leadership, he grew the platform from a single manufacturing facility with $20 million in annual revenue to a market leader with nearly $2 billion in annual revenue driven by a portfolio of 28 brands, a growing e-commerce platform (RealTruck.com) and a comprehensive multi-channel distribution network. Bill retired from Truck Hero/Real Truck in November 2022 and remains a member of its board of directors.
Prior to Truck Hero, he served as President and CEO at Extang (predecessor company to Truck Hero/Real Truck). Prior to Extang he served as VP of Finance of Strategic Staffing Solutions, a multi-national IT consulting and staffing firm based in Detroit, Michigan. Earlier in his career he held finance and operations positions with Knoppow Industries and DeeKay Enterprises. Bill currently serves on the board of directors of CCMP Growth portfolio company Decks & Docks. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
