Richard Zannino is a member of CCMP Growth’s Investment Committed Advisory Board.  Mr. Zannino is also a Managing Director and an Investment Committee member of CCMP Capital.

Prior to joining CCMP Capital in 2009, Richard Zannino’s roles included: Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Dow Jones & Company (2001). Executive Vice President in charge of strategy, finance, M&A, technology, at Liz Claiborne (1998). Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Saks Fifth Avenue (1993).

Earlier in his career, he held finance, strategy, and M&A positions at JWP (1992), Peter Kiewit Sons’, Inc. (1986-1991), Emery Air Freight (1984-1986) and Continental Group (1981-1984), where he began his career as an Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Mr. Zannino currently serves on the board of directors of Shoes For Crews, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet,  Estee Lauder and IAC/InterActiveCorp. and is a trustee of Pace University. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Bentley College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University.
