Mark Hornick

Mark Hornick joined CCMP Growth as an Executive Advisor in 2022, following his successful leadership of Jamieson Wellness, a CCMP Capital portfolio company. Jamieson is a leading international consumer health brand headquartered in Canada, with a product portfolio focused on vitamins, women’s health and sports nutrition products. Mark joined Jamieson as CEO in 2014, led the company’s successful IPO in 2017, and retired from Jamieson in June of 2021. During his tenure, Jamieson more than doubled revenue and profitability primarily through Innovation and International expansion. Prior to Jamieson, Mark served as the General Manager of Fiera Foods Company, a multinational bakery operation based in Toronto. Prior to Fiera, Mark led the Marketing and Innovation of Maple Leaf Consumer Foods, and had several years of senior executive and General Management roles in Reckitt Benckiser Europe. He began his career in Canada at Procter and Gamble in marketing. Mark currently serves on the board of directors of CCMP Growth portfolio company Decks & Docks. Mark is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Mark and his wife Michele live in the Toronto area surrounded by their adult children and grandchildren.
