Founded in 1989, Combined Caterers is a premium event management and catering platform that provides high-end food & beverage and hospitality services predominately for larger and more upscale events in three markets (Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Charleston, SC).

- Expand into new markets throughout the Southeast via acquisition of other operators with strong local brands
- Implement the Company’s operating playbook across all markets to drive operating efficiencies and further grow margins
